The XL32F001 series microcontrollers adopt a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core and are MCUS with a wide voltage operating range. It is embedded with 24Kbytes of Flash and 3Kbytes of SRAM memory, with a maximum operating frequency of 24MHz. It includes multiple products of various packaging types. The chip integrates communication peripherals such as I2C, SPI, and USART, one 12-bit ADC, two 16-bit timers, and two comparators.

The operating temperature range of the XL32F001 series microcontrollers is -40°C to 85°C, and the operating voltage range is 1.7V to 5.5V. The chip offers sleep/stop low-power operation modes, which can meet the needs of various low-power applications.

The XL32F001 series microcontrollers are suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as controllers, handheld devices, PC peripherals, gaming and GPS platforms, industrial applications, etc.
