AMS1117-3.3 LDO Voltage Regulator with 3.3V Output 800mA Current in SOT-223-4 Package Linear Regulator

The AMS1117 series adjustable and fixed voltage regulators are designed to provide an output current of up to 1A and can operate with an input-output voltage difference as low as 1V. The dropout voltage of this device is guaranteed to be no more than 1.3V, and it will decrease at lower load currents. The on-chip fine-tuning can adjust the reference voltage to 1.5%. An overcurrent limit is set to minimize the stress on the regulator and power circuit under overload conditions. The AMS1117 device is compatible with the other three-terminal SCSI regulators in terms of pins, providing thin surface-mount SOT-223 packages, 8-pin SOIC packages, and TO-252 (DPAK) plastic packages.
