Product Description
The LM75A is an industry-standard digital temperature sensor featuring an integrated sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and I2C interface. It delivers 9-bit digital temperature readings with exceptional accuracy across wide temperature ranges.
Operating with a single supply from 2.7V to 5.5V, the LM75A communicates via a 2-wire interface operating at up to 400 kHz. Three address pins allow up to eight devices to operate on the same bus. The sensor includes a dedicated overtemperature output (O.S.) with programmable limit and hysteresis, along with programmable fault tolerance for defining consecutive error conditions before activation.
