Start-up and foundation period (2010-2015)

In 2010, the company was established in Shenzhen. Relying on the advantages of the electronic manufacturing industrial cluster in the Pearl River Delta, it initially focused on acting as an agent for international second and third-tier brand semiconductor products, mainly engaged in the distribution of single-chip microcomputers (MCUS) and basic analog devices.

In 2012: Obtained the first international brand agency qualification, established a standardized warehousing and logistics system, and initially formed a team structure centered on technology and sales.

In 2015: Expand the product line into the FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) field, establish cooperation with manufacturers such as Xilinx or Intel (Intel PSG), and lay the foundation for the high-end logic device business.

2. Period of Rapid Development (2016-2020)

In 2016: Upgraded to an authorized distributor for several globally renowned semiconductor manufacturers, with product lines covering microcontrollers (MCUS), memory, power management ics, etc., and annual revenue exceeded 100 million yuan.

In 2018: A technical support center was established in Shenzhen, and a FAE (Field Application Engineer) team was formed to provide value-added services such as design introduction and solution debugging for customers, strengthening the competitiveness of technical distribution.

In 2020: We laid out the automotive electronics and industrial Internet of Things markets, introduced automotive-grade MCU and high-reliability integrated circuit product lines, and met the demands of intelligent manufacturing upgrades.

3. Strategic Upgrade Period (2021 to present)

In 2021: Establish a digital supply chain management platform to achieve dynamic inventory optimization and full-process order tracking, and enhance customer delivery efficiency.

In 2022, "Shenzhen filetti Technology Co., LTD." was established to become a core distribution partner of domestic chip brands (such as GigaDevice and GD32 MCU series), responding to the trend of "domestic substitution" and improving the localized product ecosystem.

2023-2025

Focus on the AIoT and edge computing fields, and expand the resources of FPGA and high-performance SoC products.

It is planned to set up regional service centers in Suzhou and Chengdu to radiate the markets in East China and Southwest China.

- Passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification to enhance the supply chain's risk resistance capacity.
