The AD102-301-A1 chip is the GPU model used in NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Founders Edition graphics cards. It is based on the Ada Lovelace architecture and manufactured using TSMC 4N process. With 7.63 billion transistors and a chip size of 609 square millimeters.

The maximum voltage limit of the AD102-301-A1 chip has been reduced to 1.070V, which limits its overclocking potential. Despite this, the chip still features a powerful configuration and hardware ray tracing, AI capabilities, equipped with 24GB of GDDR6X memory and a 384-bit memory interface, providing up to 1008GB/s of memory bandwidth. Its TDP is 450W, the same as the previous version.
