The Zynq®-7000 All Programmable SoCs are available in multiple speed grades (-3, -2, -1, and -1LI), with -3 offering the highest performance. The -1LI devices feature programmable logic (PL) VCCINT/VCCBRAM voltages (0.95V and 1.0V) and are screened for lower maximum static power.

These devices operate across commercial, extended, industrial, and expanded (Q-temp) temperature ranges. All electrical parameters remain consistent within each speed grade, regardless of temperature range.
