Product Description
This dual 2-input positive-AND gate performs Boolean functions in positive logic and is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-V VCC operation. The device features NanoFree package technology, using the die as the package for advanced IC packaging. It is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff circuitry, which disables outputs to prevent damaging current backflow when powered down.
