The STMPS2141, STMPS2151, STMPS2161, and STMPS2171 power distribution switches are designed for applications requiring robust protection against heavy capacitive loads and short-circuits. These devices integrate 90 mΩ N-channel MOSFET high-side power switches controlled by logic enable inputs.
